Womenomics: Creating Successful Women Leaders
Introduction
Women leaders are more transformational than men leaders. They function as role models for their subordinates. They inspire their team and spend a lot of time coaching their team. They care a lot about their personal development. Women leaders emphasise teamwork and authentic communication as the key to success. In recent decades, there have been calls for greater gender equality while enhancing the need to close the gender wage gap. Although tremendous strides have been made in this aspect, there is still a fundamental lack of women in leadership roles. Simply put, this doesnβt seem right. Organisations have a responsibility for creating better policies and opportunities for women. Still, at the same time, women also need support to step forward and overcome the habits holding them back. This workshop is a step towards succession planning for the organisation. Besides, this workshop enables you to use the strength and opportunity of women to lead the organisation.
